Dear APORS member society presidents and leaders,
I am pleased to invite nominations for the 2025 APORS Young Researcher Best Paper Awards. These awards aim to enhance recognition and communication among APORS member societies, foster dialogue among young operations research scholars in the region, and provide a platform for showcasing their most recent research achievements. Through this initiative, we hope to promote collaborative exchanges and establish new academic connections across APORS member societies.
The awards are presented in three categories: Theoretical Research Award, Applied Practice Award, and Collaborative Progress Award. These categories are designed to encourage excellence in both theoretical and applied research, as well as to promote collaboration between researchers from different APORS member societies.
For your reference, the guidelines for the awards, including eligibility criteria and nomination requirements, are attached.
Please compile your society’s nomination materials into a single ZIP file and submit them to me no later than 20 September 2025. The awards will be presented during the APORS Youth Forum 2025, which will be held at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 29 November 2025.
