The results are in ranges of optimal solution based on the stochastic requirements, while the fluctuation still be controlled by the defined robust function. The case study of Thailand, where the social impact is critical factor in decision making of energy scheme, is featured. Besides the requirements of power plant\u2019s technical specification and robust function, three main missions of energy planning are included as constraints namely; security of supply, environmental protection and economic competitiveness. The scope of empirical study includes both fossil-fueled and renewable energy in the grid.
